Las posibles sanciones contra el pais ponen los pelos de punta. Espero que no se llegue a ese extremo. Menos mal que la idea proviene de un grupito de legisladores y no del gobierno de USA.En vez de proponer convertir a Venezuela en estado promotor del terrorismo, deberian enfilar contra personas y no contra un colectivo, el cual en buena medida no apoya al regimen. Si quieren sancionar, por ejemplo, quitenle las visas o congelen las cuentas de los jerarcas chavistas, donde les duele, para que los veamos super arrechos. No digo que el regimen no se lo merezca, pero desafortunadamente afectaria a todos los venezolanos. Meterlos en un solo saco seria castigar a muchos por culpa de unos pocos. Seria una error politico de la administracion Bush en relacion con Latinoamerica. Tendria muy poco apoyo politico dentro y fuera de USA. Pero lo peor es que eso es precisamente lo que quiere Chavez, para victimizrse, aplicar leyes de guerra, convertirse en un gobernante indefinido, y someter con represion a todo el pais. Seria ponerle en bandeja la instauracion abierta y descarada de un dictadura (no dismulada, como ahora). Las sanciones contra Venezuela convertirian a Chavez en el heroe mundial antiyanqui. No hay que darle el gusto. Bush debe dejar que Chavez se desgaste solo. Es la mejor politica. Recemos pues, para que no pase de ser una idea aislada de unos legisladores republicanos.
